Ari went above and beyond to secure us the house we wanted at a great price. She did intensive research so we went into our purchase with all the information about the area and the home. She was kind, patient and always willing to look for the answers to our questions. I can’t recommend her enough as an agent

Ari helped us in 2025 from April until November to find a great house for us. She went beyond anything we could have hoped for. Her follow up was extremely quick and efficient, she was taking the time to explain us everything, she was just so kind in general. We never felt pressure while she was always keeping contact. We could only recommend Ari and her colleagues to everyone looking for the perfect realtor. Thank you SO SO Much Ari!

Hands down, the best realtor experience we have ever had, working with Arielle Bandel. We were new to the island and Ari made finding our new home an enjoyable, painless process. Ari is very knowledgeable and listens carefully to all your wants, needs and concerns. She explains every step and gives her opinions gently, never over riding our own but giving excellent guidance. I can’t recommend her enough!

Followed me through multiple listings in rubber boots to check the property - check; stayed waaay over the 1 hour viewing time limits, multiple times, and coordinated with the listing realtors flawlessly - check; hung in there for months until the perfect one hit all Top 10 - check. I found my perfect place, you can too. Call Ari at Oakwyn realty. Do it now, you won’t regret it

We have started working with Ari Bandel while still in the process of relocating from Ontario. Ari has been instrumental for us not only in navigating the real estate market but also in our understanding of unique features of local landscape and construction. Ari is highly reliable of her service and her professional, detailed and ethical advice. We have spent many hours (both physically and remotely) trying to find the best house for us. Ari kept her key eye on various options. She has assisted us patiently; always on time, always thoroughly prepared. We strongly recommend Ari, particularly for those who may be new to the Island or new to BC. She went above and beyond making sure all aspects of reality estate transition were clear and well taken care of, and that the selected property met our needs and preferences.
